刘永悦（1985.04-），男，中共党员，工学博士，讲师。武汉大学水利水电学院（08届本、10届硕），哈尔滨工业大学土木工程学院（25届博）。研究兴趣为多智能体强化学习算法在工程领域的仿真模拟，致力于施工过程3D交互平台开发，希望为实现工程管理专业的AI转型贡献力量。
